Year Five

For this term’s Online Safety unit, we looked at our Health and Well-being around technology and how it is important that we have time away from these. 
We looked at what can effect our sleep - positive things that can help us but then scenarios that would have a negative effect on our sleep. 
We firstly went through some scenarios as a class and gave them a rating. -5 being a very negative effect up to 5 being a positive effect, 0 being no effect. 
We then rated some ourselves and then created some of our own scenarios to rate.
