The Owl and The Pussy Cat
We have been the learning the poem 'The Owl and the Pussycat'. We have looked at how the poem had been written and identified all rhyming strings. We highlighted the adjectives and the nouns. After that we then wrote our own poem changing the nouns and the adjectives.
We had fun writing a different poem and making it rhyme (JS)
I enjoyed writing this poem and being able to change the animals I chose a monkey and a frog. (MP)
I chose a giraffe and a bat (SN)
