Week 2

This week we have been continuing to practice our slicing, mixing and chopping whilst making couscous. Children looked at how to boil on a hob and practiced whisking the stock cubes into the water. 


We had to use a measuring jug to measure the water and weighing scales to measure the couscous. (N)

We can tell when the couscous is ready because it goes light and fluffy (S).
