Year Three
We have been looking at the word ‘unique’ and investigating what makes us unique. Children have had the opportunity to discuss their odd socks and why they have chosen to wear odd socks.
Year 3 have watched the BBC Live Teach session on bullying and have discussed the key aspects of bullying and what we can do if people are bullied.
‘Bullying is intentional and repeated more than once or twice.’
’Bullying will hurt someone’s feelings or hurt them physically.’
’Friends never make you feel down or alone.’
’We don’t always have to agree with our friends, but we should always show mutual respect.’
Children have independently thought about who they can reach out to if they need help. We looked at the people who real life celebrities reach out to when they need help.
