Year 1 have started learning all about Wassily Kandinsky. The children have appraised Kandinsky's 'Concentric Circles' piece and today, have started to make their own piece of artwork inspired by this. The children used a variety of different media such as: pencil crayon, felt tip, water colour and collage.
The children chose their colours and composition.

The children have been using collage to create their own rocket for their Mother’s Day card. They chose the colour of paper to use for their rocket as well as how to arrange the different pieces of paper.
