Outdoors

This week we have been busy making bird feeders and looking at what different animals need for survival. Our children decided to use natural resources as this would also help the environment.
This week we have been busy identifying different animals and their habitats.
We have been looking at what a healthy diet and healthy food plate looks like.
We have been busy outdoors looking for signs of spring.
In Maths we have been learning about 2D shapes. We have been busy outdoors drawing different 2D shapes using chalk.
This week we have been experimenting with different textures and working to create art from them.

This week we were looking to make giant nature pictures in the style of 'Art Attack'. This quickly turned into a nature watch session, when the children spotted a mouse in the nature area!
This week we have been working to create art from nature. On our nature hunt, we even found some icicles!
