We have been learning about the similarities and differences between Blackpool in the Victorian times and Blackpool in the 21st Century.
On 18th October 2021. Year 2 were delighted to receive a visit from RNLI
RNLI stands for 'Royal National Lifeboat Institution.' Max
The red and yellow flag means 'We can only swim and have fun between the flags.' Mya W
The black and white flag means 'No one can swim or have fun, only grown-ups can go in the water with their boats.' Ezekiel
The red flag means 'We are not allowed to swim.' Thomas
We also learnt that inflatable water toys 'can only be used in the swimming pool, because they might float away on the sea or lake.' Holly
