We had a great time singing in our nativity, Baa Baa Boogie, with Year 2!

Christingle

Across the school, we have been learning about learning about why Christians make a Christingle as well as what each part of a Christingle represents. All the children made their own Christingle and took part in a special service led by Reverend Pauline. 

Creation

This week in R.E. we have been thinking about all the beautiful things in our world and how we can protect our planet. We have been learning about plastic pollution in the oceans and created sea creatures using plastic to illustrate the impact of plastic on our environment. 

This half term, we have been learning about Christmas. We have been thinking about gifts that we receive at Christmas time. We discussed how if feels to both give and receive gifts. We working in partners to write thoughts and feelings about the girl opening her gift. 

In R.E, we have been learning about the story of Moses. We have been singing a song about the 10 plagues and made a spinner which we enjoyed using as we sang our song. 

Class Worship

In worship this week, we have been thinking about forgiveness. We wrote what we would like to say sorry for and made a paper chain to add to our class worship area.
