Real Life
After finding bees in the environment we read Bumble Bear...
Exploring the environment in Spring
Nursery children have been exploring the environment in Spring. They have found tulips, daisies, dandelions and blossom. They have then drawn their own flowers adding petals and a stem. They are beginning to know that plants grow.
A windy day!
Nursery children explored using ribbons and catching bubbles on a windy day.
Ice Experiment
The toys were stuck in ice and the children had to think about how the toys would get free. They observed different sizes of blocks of ice melting and thought about which one would be free first. They are beginning to talk about melting and freezing.
Exploring Winter
Nursery loved making snowballs, a snowman and also making footprints in the snow.
