Real Life

Year 1 have been exploring kicking a ball with increasing accuracy and control. The children have been kicking the ball to our partners and learning how to stop the ball and control it, before kicking it back. We then had a go at kicking the ball through a hoop held by our partner. The children tried really hard to be accurate with their kicking. 
We discussed how we could use these skills in a real game of football when passing to out teammates and trying to score goals.
