Stickman family
After reading Stickman some children chose to make their own stickman family, joining materials with glue.
Owl Babies
We have been enjoying the story Owl Babies and Miraal and Aisha have chosen to play with these characters in the small world. They are beginning to use new vocabulary such as branch and tree trunk.
Making with shapes
Inaaya has chosen to make a rocket with shapes. Nursery are beginning to talk about shapes.
Printing with shapes
Some children have chosen to print with shapes, learning new vocabulary such as circle and square and also exploring colour mixing primary colours.
Fantastic making!
Tobi and Dara chose to make a necklace and bracelet. Fantastic cutting, glueing and joining!
