A big part of our new topic is looking at the Romans and the impact they had on Great Britain.

As part of our History, we are looking at the Roman names for common cities within Great Britain. Examples included; Chester, York, London and Ribchester (where we will visit).

We even spotted some of our own like Manchester and Wigan.

In our new PE topic - we are learning a new style of dance - Rock 'n' Roll.

This also relates to our music section of our topic as we are looking at the history of Music in Great Britain.

As part of our warm up - we followed a Just Dance video and then took part in a circuit with different exercises to music.

We then started to learn the basic steps of rock n roll. We have learnt how to kick and hop in time.
