Independence
Within the spring term we have been looking at persuasive writing. We have looked at techniques used by authors who have written in a persuasive tone and the language they use.
Linking to our class novel, we have planned and written our own persuasive leaflets based on The London Eye. Please have a read of our work below.
In English, we have been reading the book Boy: Tales of Childhood. We have been working on our inference skills by answering questions about characters and the atmosphere that the author creates. Our answers include a point, a piece of evidence from the text and an explanation to link them together and explain our thinking.
