Science - How does what we eat and drink affect our teeth?

We have been learning about teeth. What wanted to know what our foods did to the enamel of our teeth. We also wanted to know if any damage could prevented by brushing our teeth with toothpaste. We used eggs as the closest thing to replicate tooth enamel.
We learnt that fizzy drinks thinned the enamel on our teeth. This process was slowed and prevented a little bit if we brushed with toothpaste.

DT - identifying foods grown, reared and caught in UK or Greece

For homework children found food packaging from home. In class, we sorted the packaging to decide if the items were grown, reared or caught and identified where it was from. We then researched items for any gaps that we found.
