Independence

The children have shown super independence when creating their own history timeline. We created a scaled where one small mark on the line was equal to one century and plotted a range of time periods on the timeline. We discussed how certain events of periods of time happened concurrently. 
This has developed our knowledge of chronology and given us in insight into how long ago things happened and how long they lasted for. Have a look at our work.
