As part of our topic we have been learning all about exercise and how it benefits our bodies. To help us discover how exercise effects our bodies we completed an experiment. This involved running, jumping, hopping and skipping on the spot.
The children noticed their hearts got faster and their muscles started to ache. After some discussion the children discovered that our hearts beat faster to pump the blood around our bodies and the more exercise we do the healthier our heart will get.
