NSPCC

Today the NSPCC came to school. Chris held an assembly for all of the juniors. We listened and talked about things that might worry us. Chris brought Buddy with him. Buddy belongs to Chris and he is a speech mark. (SC)

We had a visit from Buddy and Chris today and they talked to us about being safe. We learnt that children have rights. Did you know children have the right to 'SPEAK OUT, STAY SAFE, TRUST OTHER ADULTS.

Buddy is the shape of speech bubble because it stands for speak out. Buddy says its no good keeping your worries inside. (LG)

Chris explained about Child Abuse, Cyber Bullying, Neglect and Rights. He also told us we had raised £276.00

when we wore a green item of clothing to school for the day. The money will help children in need. (JL)

These are some pictures from our NSPCC assembly.
