Today we have had a visit from a sports champion. Matt Lee is aspiring to become an Olympic athlete. Today we have listened to Matt explaining how he keeps fit, his healthy diet and how he has overcome illness to succeed. We all then took part in a circuit session with Matt. This was a practical activity and we had the opportunity to develop our confidence and self belief that we could complete the circuit. We hope you like our photographs. If you look on our healthy schools page you will see how much money we raised as well.

Today we have been learning about the perimeter and we took our learning outdoors. We had a practical session based on measuring the perimeter by choosing the correct unit of measure to get the fastest results.
